Mark is country's top photographer
Sunday Tribune staff photographer Mark Condren was announced as
the AIB Photojournalist of the Year for 2009 in early February.
Some 130 photographers entered 2,000 images but the judging panel
selected Condren's submission, which included some of his striking
images from his many visits to GOAL projects in recent years.
A selection of Mark's pictures,
which document some of GOAL's work with the poorest of the poor
in Uganda, Niger and his most recent assignment, Haiti, can be viewed
below.
Congratulations to Mark from
everyone at GOAL.
