GOAL warns of second potential cholera outbreak in Haiti

GOAL receives €250k DFA grant to support Ethiopia drought victims

GOAL has been awarded a grant of €250,000 from the Department of Foreign Affairs to provide water to drought-affected communities in the West Hararghe district of Ethiopia.The project is geared to alleviate the suffering of 142,000 drought victims in the East African country, where millions of hapless people are in need of assistance.

DFA allocates 2012 funding to GOAL

The Department of Foreign Affairs has allocated funding to GOAL of just over €12,454,000 for 2012 under its Multi-Annual Programme Scheme for overseas aid.This funding will support GOAL programmes in Ethiopia, India, Kenya, Malawi, Sudan, South Sudan, Sierra Leone and Uganda.
