TALLAGHT Athletic Club will again play host to the GOAL Mile Run on Christmas Day. Taking place between 9.30am and noon on their Greenhills track (beside Westpark Gym), the event will mark the fourth successive year that the club has held this event.

Over the past three years almost EUR15,000 has been donated by the people of Tallaght and the surrounding areas through this initiative and now organisers are hoping to really build on it in 2007.

The club encourages families to come along and run/walk a measured mile on Christmas Day, makinga donation and then beading back, to the clubfor some refreshments.
