Fingal County Council staff in County Hall in Swords and the Blanchardstown offices, have collected over EUR1,400 for GOAL.

Staff wore their favourite club/county/sports jersey to work, and made a donation to GOAL.

Sporting Fingal's Freddie the Fox took some time out to call into County Hall and help out with the collection.

Proceeds from this year's Jersey Day will go towards GOAL'S innovative housing programme in Uganda.

The cost of building a new house is EUR3,000 and the typical cost of rehabilitating one house is EUR700.
