Christmas Gifts Make a donation to GOAL in lieu
of sending Christmas presents. In return GOAL will send
you a card to personalise and send to the nominated person detialing
the gift for GOAL you have purchased on their
behalf.
GOAL Mile The number of GOAL Mile locations is increasing steadily each year. Our ambition is to make the GOAL Mile a nationwide event, accessible to all. To do that, we need your help. (read more)
Jersey Day The idea of Jersey Day grew out of the practice in some offices
and schools of having a ‘casual dress day’.
The thinking
was that people could have a bit of fun, support their favourite
sporting team and raise money
for GOAL at the same time. (read more)
St Patrick's Day Badges Organised by Transition Year students from Blackrock College
in aid of GOAL and Aidlink, this annual campaign continues to
go from strength to strength. Contact GOAL for more information
on where you can purchase your St. Patrick's Day badge. (read more)
Calcutta Run This year’s
Calcutta Run took place on Saturday 26th May in
Dublin. Starting at 2pm from Blackhall
Place and circling The Phoenix Park
this 10k run or walk ended in a barbeque in The Park providing
a great family day out. Over 1,000 men, women and children
turned up to walk, run or jog the 10km for GOAL.

CORPORATE SUPPORT
The business community has traditionally been a staunch supporter
of GOAL's work. If you would like to get your company or colleagues
involved, here are a few ideas.
Standing Order Scheme
'Donating just €30 a month will treat a severely
malnourished child with the nutritionally life saving supplement
Plumpy-nut'. Would you encourage your colleagues to
sign up to the GOAL supporters
club
and begin a monthly standing
order?
Organise an event
Would you consider having GOAL as the beneficiary of your next
staff night out?
Staff Deduction Scheme
Would your colleagues be prepared to forgo €10 out of their
wage packet each month? We are always looking for volunteers to
set up staff deduction schemes. Companies sometimes choose to
match the donation made by staff.
Service provision
In lieu of making a donation would your company consider providing
services or supplies free of charge to GOAL?
